According to one study conducted in Taiwan in which some subjects were taken into consideration and were asked to do calligraphy were observed on their bodily parameters. The bodily parameters such as body temperature, muscle relaxation index, heart rate, and some feel good hormones level were recorded and analysed. The report said that the people that were subjected to calligraphy and did that regularly were comparatively calmer and active in their thinking and their creativity was enhanced along with their out of the box thinking. In other words they were able to suggest unique solutions to the problems given to them. Their heart rate was relatively low, their muscles were more relaxed than the counterpart group and their body temperature recorded a little increase and the feel good hormonal level was also up.
